City, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The investors of a new car will build on the same site of the old “Royal Car Wash in Valley City in the 1000 block of west Main Street this summer.

The owners of the new “Bridges Car Wash” Joe Faure and Jim Retterath say construction on the state-of-the-art car wash will begin soon and should be completed by the end of August. They say the facility will have two self-serve bays and one automatic stall for customers

The Valley City Commission approved of a Renaissance Zone application request by the owners for a 5-year income tax and property tax exemption and designate it VC-66.
