(NewsDakota.com) The North Dakota Highway Patrol in conjunction with the Sargent County Sheriff’s department will be conducting a sobriety checkpoint on the evening of June 2nd, 2012 at a predetermined location within Sargent County.  

North Dakota continues to experience tragic loss of life due to impaired driving.  In 2011, 66 people lost their lives in alcohol related crashes.  To date in 2012, 24 people have lost their lives in alcohol related crashes in the state of North Dakota.
