(NewsDakota.com) The Jamestown High School boys golf team is on the way to Dickinson to take part in the WDA golf meet on Wednesday.

Six golfers will be competing for the Jays; Austin Rene, Brandon Stahlhut, Nick Stockert, Brandon Hart, Jakobi Lux and Ty Spitzer. Lux has already qualified for the State A Tournament as an individual.

The weather will more than likely be a significant factor when the boys tee off at Heart River, as the Nation Weather Service says Wednesday’s high will only be 50 degrees with a 50-50 chance of rain. The meet starts at 9 a.m. Mountain time, but may be delayed depending on how cool the temperature is Wednesday morning. 

KQDJ-AM 1400-AM/97.1 FM will have hourly updates throughout the meet starting in the 10 a.m Central Time hour.
