(NewsDakota.com) The 2012 edition of the Oakes High School volleyball team will have their first practice on Monday August 13, with their first game set for Saturday August 25 when they host the Kindred Vikings.

The regular season contains 13 dates against single competition with a sprinkling of three tournaments before the District I Tournament starts on Thursday October 25 in Oakes. The Tornadoes first District I contest is against Hankinson on Thursday August 30.

The Tornadoes are also scheduled to host the Region I Tournament November 5-8. The State Class B Volleyball Tournament is November 15-17 in Minot.
