Thirty-seven-year-old William Owens is wanted on a charge of attempted murder for the May 10th shooting of Kenneth Moore Junior. Moore is recovering after he was shot multiple times.

HANKINSON, N.D. (AP) – The North Dakota Stockmen’s Association is offering a $1,000 reward for information that helps investigators find whoever shot and killed 14 cattle in a pasture southwest of Hankinson. The animals were shot late last week. They were valued at $30,000.
