Authorities say they’re ordering homes from South Dakota instead of building them on-site. Meanwhile, administrators at Dickinson State University ordered a four-story student housing complex from Madison, South Dakota because there isn’t enough off-campus housing for students. Anglers who haven’t harvested a paddlefish this year still will be able to snag a fish during a seven-day snag-and-release season that starts Saturday.
