(NewsDakota.com) With the Oakes High School Prom set for Saturday night, the Oakes High School staff, in conjunction with the Oakes Fire, Ambulance and Police Departments, Dickey County Sheriff’s Department and the North Dakota Highway Patrol simulated a mock crash on the east side of the school on Wednesday afternoon.
