CITY (NewsDakota.com) Police arrested a male juvenile at Valley City High School Tuesday afternoon responding to a theft report.

Acting Police Chief Mark McDonald says the boy has been referred to juvenile court. No other details are available about the incident which remains under investigation with the Valley City police department.
