(NewsDakota.com) The LaMoure-Litchville/Marion baseball team earned their first Region I victory of the 2012 season, as they took down the Enderlin/Maple Valley Falcons 7-2 in Enderlin on Tuesday afternoon.
The Loboes bats, which had only mustered six hits and one run through the first two games, were awakened in grand fashion with nine hits, including a lead-off triple to start the game.
Jared Meiklejohn, who had that lead off triple, was the winning pitcher going all seven innings, allowing five hits, and walked two batters. Coltin Huus was the losing pitcher form EMV. Kenny Hodem and Tyler Theliges each scored two runs in the victory.
