(NewsDakota.com) – The Buffalo Valley Chapter of the American Red Cross honored three local volunteers Thursday at the Heroes Recognition Dinner in Jamestown.
Roger Dewald, Lucy Bardell, and John Gletne were all honored as heroes for their contributions to the local Red Cross chapter.
The event doubled as a fundraiser for the Buffalo Valley Chapter, and all money raised through the dinner and silent auction will stay local and assist in disaster relief efforts and disaster training for volunteers.
