CITY (NewsDakota.com) Larry Lindemann of Valley City died Saturday. He served as the manager of the Barnes County Airport Authority for 27 years.

Larry along with his brother, the late Dan Lindemann, owned and operated General Air Service for more than 30 years.

In addition to his duties as airport manager, Lindemann continued to work part time with his nephews Jarrod and Paul who own and operate North Valley Aircraft at the Barnes County Airport.

A funeral mass for Lindemann will be celebrated at 10:30 AM on Thursday at St. Catherine’s Church in Valley City. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 4:00 PM until 7:30 PM at St. Catherine’s. A prayer service for Larry Lindemann will be held at 7:30 PM Wednesday evening at the church.
