(NewsDakota.com)- Coming off a disappointing season and an off-season coaching change the 2012 football season will be an important one for new Head Coach Shawn Frank and his Jimmies.

They will open their season on Friday, August 24th against Rocky Mountain in Miles City, MT.

After opening with the Battlin’ Bears, they will play two NCAA DIII teams, Concorida-Moorhead and UW-Stout. The game against the Coobers will be the home-opener on September 1st.

The fourth game of the year will feature more familiar teams. They will play VCSU, Mayville St. twice, along with single games against SD Mines, Dickinson St. and Dakota St.

The Jimmies will wrap up the regular season on November 10th at Rollie Greeno Field against Mayville St.
