(NewsDakota.com) Farmers who have suffered an illness or been injured are eligible for assistance thru Farm Rescue to have up to 1,000 acres planted free of charge.

Founder Bill Gross encourages families and businesses who know someone who fits the application criteria to nominate them as soon as possible.

Gross said don’t be afraid to nominate any farmer who has been injured or ill. He said applicants can remain anonymous.
