CITY (NewsDakota.com) Aggravated Assault charges are pending against a 30-year-old Valley City man after he allegedly assaulted a 25-year-old Valley City man early Monday morning.

Police said the victim was taken to Mercy Hospital and then transported to a Fargo hospital for treatment of injuries suffered in the assault. No other details are available.
