A reminder to set your clocks one hour ahead before you go to bed Saturday night. Or, if you’re up at 2 a.m. this Sunday, remember that it will instantaneously become 3 a.m.

Fire officials recommend you replace your batteries in your smoke detectors at the start and end of DST.

Since 2007, DST has been from the 2nd Sunday in March until the first Sunday in November. This year, DST will end on November 4.
