CITY  (NewsDakota.com)–The youth hockey co-op between Valley City and Jamestown is celebrating a state title today.

The Jamestown-Valley City (JVC) Prowl captured the Pee Wee “B” state title this past weekend, defeating the Fargo Angels black team by a score of 5-4 in the title contest.

The tournament was held in Rugby, and the title is the second pee wee title for the Prowl.
