CITY  (NewsDakota.com)–The Hi-Liner girls take their crack at the Eastern Dakota Conference’s (EDC) top seed tonight.

Valley City travels to West Fargo to face the Packers, who finished the regular season 18-1 overall, 17-1 in EDC play.  Their only loss this season was to Grand Forks Red River, who finished second in the league.

The Hi-Liners dropped a 53-33 loss to the Packers in Valley City to open the season, then lost a 69-56 matchup in West Fargo on January 20th, a game where the Hi-Liners were within two possessions in the final minutes of the game.

Lexi Lennon leads the Packers, averaging 12.2 points per game, ninth best in the EDC.  She has hit 41.4% of her three-point shots this season, third-best in that category.
