Hemmer, age 88, of Valley City, ND, died Monday, February 27th at the Sheyenne Care Center in Valley City.  A graveside service will be held at Woodbine Cemetery in Valley City later in the spring.  Funeral arrangements by the Lerud Schuldt Funeral Home of Valley City.
