CITY (NewsDakota.com) Valley City State University will conduct an EPA compliance tests on the coal boiler in the University’s heating plant on Tuesday.

These tests are expected to produce a release of large plumes of steam or unusual noises which may be observed from beyond the University’s campus.

The tests will be conducted Tuesday between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm. These events do not represent any threat to the safety of the plant or the public in Valley City.
