CITY (NewsDakota.com) A number of charges are pending against a Fargo man after he was arrested by Valley City police shortly after 1am Sunday morning on a traffic stop.

44-year-old David Abdool Hamid faces charges of a convicted felon in possession of a firearm and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The incident remains under investigation.
