Ashtabula – A Sanborn man found on the ice near Sundstroms landing Sunday was transported to a Fargo hospital, treated and released last night. He’s reported to be in good condition today.

Authorities say a man found the 58-year-old moaning next to his snowmobile on the ice at Lake Ashtabula about 7:30 Sunday night. Fire & Rescue crews retrieved the man and transported him to the hospital.

No details were released about the condition or what may have happened to the man before he was found on the ice.
