N.D.- The “second season” commences for the Oakes High School girls basketball team Thursday night, as they head to Gwinner to start District 1 play against the North Sargent Bobcats.

So far this season, the Tornadoes with first year head coach Caitlyn Wojahn are 2-4, with wins over Ellendale and Edgeley-Kulm, and losses to Ellendale, Groton South Dakota, Central Cass and Britton South Dakota.
