Josie Hegerle Sophomore Blue Jay Volleyball
Kaiann Arellano Sophomore Blue Jay Girls’ Cross Country
Josie lead the blue jay volleyball team in assists (35) in two victories against BHS and St. Mary. She was 3rd in kills (11), Aces (4), and blocks (4). She also contributed with 18 digs.
Kaiann ran the 4000 meter course at the Eagle Invitational in Apple Valley, MN in a time of 17:35. This is the 4th consecutive meet in which she has improved her season-best time, this week improving by 10 seconds.
High School Boys:
Jake Nieland Senior Boys’ Blue Jay Cross Country
Jake covered the 5000 meter course at the Eagle Invitational in Apple Valley, MN in a time of 18:19. After being out of the top 5 Blue Jay finishers at the last two meets, Nieland stormed back this week to re-claim the top spot on the team.

Aleona Reyes Sophomore Jimmie Cross Country Team
Hometown: Belen, New Mexico
Aleona placed 20th in the Roy Griak Maroon Division 2 Race on Saturday in Minneapolis, MN. Aleona ran a 6000 meter time of 23:12. Aleona improved from her 87th placed finish as a freshman at this race.

Brad Lint Senior Jimmie Football Team
Hometown: Roseburg, Oregon
Brad completed 21 of 25 passes for 231 yeards and 3 touchdowns in the Jimmie 35-13 win over Mayville State on Saturday.
