N.D.–The installation of 18“ sanitary sewer on Business Loop East will begin on on September 8th at 7 a.m. from 13th Ave SE to  12th St SE in Jamestown.  This will include detours to close portions of Business Loop East between 13th Ave SE and 12th SE during these operations.  12th Ave SE (State Hospital Road) will remain open during this work.  The work is expected to take approximately 10 days to complete.  Please follow construction signage.
