CITY  (NewsDakota.com)–The Valley City commission has again called a morning special meeting to discuss two contentious issues in the city.

The city will meet at 7:00 a.m. Friday morning with a plan to meet in executive session to discuss the Dean Ross grievance and annexation, two pieces of litigation the city is dealing with.

After the meeting is called, the commission will move to meet in executive session, away from spectators.  After the session is concluded, they will reconvene the regular meeting and discuss final action on both issues.

The meeting will take place at city hall in Valley City.
