Valley City Junior and Senior High “Fine Arts Festival” will be held Thursday from 6pm to 8pm in the junior high school halls and cafeteria.

Also part of this event the junior high choir and 6th grade band will play at 7pm in the Hi Liner Activity Center. The public is encouraged to attend.
