CITY, ND – (NewsDakota.com) A car burned just of Valley City. A Barnes County dispatcher said the vehicle was fully engulfed in flames when fire crews arrived on the scene.

No injuries were reported after a 2002 Pontiac Grand AM started on fire about 11:45am Wednesday, July 8 northeast of Valley City.
